The International Academy for the Scholarship of Learning Technology is a global, nonprofit educational consortium of colleges and universities. Its purpose is to improve the learning process through technology-enhanced applications of learning and motivation research.

The Academy's charge is to support and foster the development of SIRIUS higher education courses, which can be delivered in face-to-face, hybrid/blended, and fully online formats. Academy members may participate on SIRIUS course development teams, serve as reviewers, pilot test courses, and teach SIRIUS courses on their campuses. Grants are available to Academy members who do not qualify for membership through Project DELTA.

Membership in the Academy is limited to colleges and universities meeting U.S. regional accreditation standards or to colleges and universities outside the United States meeting appropriate accreditation standards.
